Privacy by Design & GDPR Compliance

At Pixinio, we have built our tool with "Privacy by Design" principles at its core. As a European-friendly application, we adhere strictly to GDPR guidelines. Because we do not require user accounts, passwords, or personal identification, the amount of data we process is kept to an absolute minimum.

Image Processing & Auto-Deletion

When you use our online cropper or resizer, your image is temporarily uploaded to a secure, isolated /tmp/ directory on our servers solely for the purpose of processing your requested edits. We do not store, view, share, or sell your images.

Our automated systems immediately and permanently delete your original file and the processed output from our servers shortly after your download is complete. There are no backups of your uploaded content.

Cookieless Analytics (Google Analytics 4)

To understand how visitors use our website and to improve our tools, we use a privacy-first implementation of Google Analytics 4 (GA4). We have configured our analytics to run in a cookieless mode. This means:

• We do not place tracking cookies on your device.
• IP anonymization is enforced by default.
• We do not track you across other websites or share profiles with advertising networks.

This approach allows us to see generic, aggregated data (like how many people used the resize tool today) without ever knowing who you are.

No Third-Party Advertising Trackers

Pixinio is free to use, and we intend to keep it clean. We do not use third-party advertising networks that inject tracking scripts into your browser.
